Key responsibilities

• Drive throughput, yield, or quality metrics against plant or programme goals
• Maintain SOPs, safety standards, and audit readiness on the floor or in QA
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects or downtime
• Coordinate maintenance, production, and supply partners on daily plans
• Coach technicians and supervisors on standard work

Required qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing, quality, or industrial engineering experience
• Familiarity with ISO / IATF / similar quality systems as relevant
• Strong problem-solving using data and structured RCA methods
• Ability to work with shop-floor teams and leadership alike
• Safety-first mindset

Preferred qualifications

• Automotive, electronics, or process-industry background
• Lean manufacturing certification
• ERP / MES tool exposure

Location and working hours
