1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the WePlacement website, candidate accounts, and the recruitment software and services operated by WePlacement (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the site, creating an account, publishing a job, or paying a fee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WePlacement is operated by Kokila, a proprietorship trading as Kokilian Signature (GSTIN 24EBRPM3109J2ZE). GST registration is Regular, with effect from 20 February 2026, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The principal place of business is 3rd floor, Central Bazzar Veneziano, Udhana - Magdalla Rd, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat 395007, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India.

If you accept on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. “You” means the person using the service and, where applicable, the organisation they represent.

2. Who these terms cover

• Candidates browse jobs, keep a profile, and apply to roles. Applying through WePlacement is free. We do not charge candidates to apply, interview, or receive an offer.
• Agencies use WePlacement to manage candidates, jobs, and placements, and may publish roles on the public marketplace. Paid agency use is a subscription, billed as described at checkout and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Employers ask WePlacement or a participating agency to search for candidates or respond to a hiring requirement. Recruitment fees, when they apply, are set out in the relevant proposal, agreement, or invoice.

3. Candidate use

• You will give accurate information about your identity, work history, eligibility to work, and skills.
• You keep ownership of the resumes and portfolios you upload. You grant us a licence to host, parse, and share them with the agency or employer for roles you apply to, or when you ask us to represent you.
• You will not create fake accounts, submit fraudulent documents, scrape job listings, or use bots to apply or collect data.
• Each job is handled by the agency named on that role. WePlacement does not itself employ you and does not guarantee an interview or an offer.

4. Agency use

• You are responsible for the jobs you publish, the candidate data you upload, and the accuracy of what candidates and employers see.
• You will only upload personal data you are allowed to process, and you will use candidate data for recruitment, not for unrelated marketing or resale.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance for each billing period. Once a period is activated, that period's fee is not refundable in cash. Renewal and cancellation are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• You will not share logins outside your organisation or use another agency's data.

5. Employer use and placements

• Where we agree a recruitment search, the scope, fee, and timeline are those in the written agreement or invoice. A placement or service fee is earned when the service is activated or the placement is completed, and it is not refundable in cash.
• Replacement guarantee: If a placed candidate leaves, or employment ends for performance, within the guarantee window, and the fee was paid by the due date, we will use reasonable efforts to introduce a replacement candidate for the same role at no additional professional fee. The window is 60 to 90 days as stated in the placement agreement. If the agreement does not name a period, the window is 90 days from the candidate's start date. The guarantee is a replacement, not a cash refund.
• Non-circumvention: You will not hire, or arrange to hire, a candidate we introduced, outside the agreed fee, for 12 months after that introduction.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep sign-in codes, passwords, and devices under your control. Do not share a one-time code. If you sign in with Google, you are also responsible for the security of that Google account.

Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend access, require a fresh sign-in, or refuse a session we reasonably believe is unauthorised.

7. Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful recruitment and job search in line with these terms.
• Do not upload malware, interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it.
• Do not copy, resell, or scrape our job feed, software, or other users' data.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, a job, a fee, or an affiliation with WePlacement.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it.

8. Intellectual property

The WePlacement name, website, software, interface, job-feed compilation, and materials we create are owned by WePlacement or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use them while you use the service. You do not receive any ownership of the platform.

Candidates keep ownership of resumes and work samples they upload. Agencies and employers keep ownership of job descriptions and company materials they submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that material so we can operate the marketplace and the recruitment software, including sharing an application with the agency named on the job.

If you give us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without any obligation to pay you for it.

9. Fees

Paid subscriptions and recruitment fees are charged as shown at checkout or in the applicable invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Our rule on cash refunds, subscription renewal, cancellation, and the replacement guarantee is the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Tax invoices are issued in the legal name Kokila, trade name Kokilian Signature, GSTIN 24EBRPM3109J2ZE. GST is charged on taxable supplies as applicable: CGST and SGST on supplies within Gujarat, and IGST on supplies to other states. The GSTIN and the tax breakup appear on the invoice.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To close an account, email [email protected]. Closing an account does not cancel fees already earned.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, failed to pay fees when due, uploaded unlawful or fraudulent content, or created a security or legal risk for us or for other users. We may also remove a job or an application that breaches these terms.

Sections on fees already earned, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law continue to apply after termination.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided for recruitment and job search. We do not guarantee that a candidate will be hired, that a role will be filled, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent Indian law allows, WePlacement is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profit, arising from use of the marketplace or from an employment outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right that cannot be waived under Indian law, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or use of the service.

Before starting proceedings, write to [email protected] with a short description of the dispute and what you are asking for. We will try to resolve it directly. That step does not stop either party from approaching the courts at Surat where it is entitled to do so.
