Terms of Service & Marketplace Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WePlacement platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Candidate Terms & Representation

• Candidates agree to provide accurate, verified information regarding their work history, employment eligibility, and technical skills.
• Candidates retain full ownership of their intellectual property, resumes, and project portfolios uploaded to the platform.
• Creating automated bot accounts, submitting fraudulent resumes, or attempting to scrape proprietary job feeds is strictly prohibited.

3. Employer Terms & Recruitment Placement Warranties

• SLA Commitments: WePlacement agrees to deliver calibrated candidate profiles within the agreed service level timeline (standard 7 business days).
• 90-Day Free Replacement: Standard contingent placements include a 90-day replacement warranty. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 calendar days, WePlacement will source an equivalent qualified replacement at zero additional fee.
• Non-Circumvention: Employers agree not to solicit or hire candidates introduced by WePlacement outside of the agreed marketplace fee structure for a period of 12 months following candidate introduction.

4. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Models

The WePlacement platform, vector embedding algorithms, salary benchmark models, UI components, and software code are the exclusive property of WePlacement and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WePlacement be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the marketplace or employment outcomes.
