How We Use AI in Recruitment
We use AI for the slow, repetitive parts of recruitment — mostly reading CVs and job descriptions — so candidates spend less time filling in forms and recruiters spend more time with people.
For job seekers
Sign up by uploading your CV
Upload your CV instead of typing everything in. AI reads it and fills in your profile — contact details, work history, education and skills — for you to check and correct.
Nothing is saved until you confirm
The details read from your CV are held back until you verify your email with the code we send. Only then are they saved to your account.
For recruiters
Reading CVs at volume
Agencies receive CVs as PDFs and Word files in every layout. AI extracts the details into a consistent candidate record, so recruiters spend their time talking to candidates instead of retyping CVs.
Drafting job posts
A recruiter can paste a client’s job description and get a structured draft — title, skills, experience and salary fields — to review before anything is published.
Spotting duplicate candidates
When the same person applies twice or is imported again, the system flags the likely duplicate so they are not contacted twice for the same role.
What AI does not decide
AI helps read and organise information. The decisions — who is shortlisted, who is interviewed and who gets an offer — are made by the recruiters handling the role and the employers they work for. If something on your profile was read incorrectly from your CV, you can edit it from your account at any time.
Make your CV easy to read — for people and software
Clear headings, a simple layout and a text-based PDF or Word file help both recruiters and CV-reading software get your details right.
