This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

• Candidate Profile Data: Name, work email, phone number, LinkedIn/GitHub URLs, employment history, education, verified skills, and compensation expectations.
• Resume & Application Documents: Resumes, portfolios, cover notes, and extracted semantic embeddings generated by our automated vector parsing pipeline.
• Employer & Hiring Manager Data: Corporate name, billing details, verified hiring manager emails, and job description specifications.
• Usage & Device Information: IP address, browser type, referral URLs, and interaction metrics across our portal and search filters.

3. How We Use Candidate Data & Semantic AI Parsing

Candidate data is processed strictly for the purposes of evaluating career qualifications, calculating ATS compatibility scores, and matching candidates with verified employer openings. We never sell your resume or personal details to third-party data brokers. Your unredacted profile is only shared with verified hiring managers when you apply to a role or explicitly consent to candidate representation.

4. Data Encryption & Security Standards

All data transmitted to and from WePlacement is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Access to production candidate databases is restricted to authorized personnel under strict multi-factor authentication (MFA) and audited access logs.

5. Your Legal Rights (Right to Erase & Export)
