Key responsibilities

• Own learner, guest, or store outcomes against clear service and revenue KPIs
• Build schedules, SOPs, and coaching rhythms for frontline teams
• Handle escalations professionally and protect brand experience
• Use daily data to improve conversion, occupancy, or learning completion
• Partner with central teams on campaigns, curriculum, or merchandising plans

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in education, retail, or hospitality operations
• Strong people leadership or facilitation skills for frontline environments
• Customer-centric communication under peak load
• Comfort with POS, LMS, or property systems as relevant
• Willingness to work hours aligned to customers or learners when required

Location and working hours
