Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable data or model pipelines with clear ownership
• Define metrics, evaluation harnesses, and monitoring for production use cases
• Partner with product and engineering on data contracts and delivery plans
• Document assumptions, risks, and model or pipeline behaviour for audits
• Translate business questions into measurable analytical or ML objectives

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping data, analytics, or ML work to production
• Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent) for analysis and automation
• Solid understanding of data quality, testing, and reproducibility
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating in documentation-first office teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cloud data warehouses or feature stores
• Prior LLM, ranking, or forecasting deployments
• Familiarity with experiment design and causal reasoning

Location and working hours
