About the role

Confidential search for a Fintech Product Analyst to drive outcomes in credit, collections, underwriting, and digital financial products. This full-time on-site role in Surat is managed by a recruiting agency on behalf of a private employer.

You will own measurable results in credit, collections, underwriting, and digital financial products, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and raise the quality bar for how the team delivers.

Key responsibilities

• Own credit, risk, or product-ops outcomes within policy and regulatory bounds
• Improve portfolio quality, conversion, or collections effectiveness with data
• Partner with product, tech, and compliance on controlled process changes
• Document decisions for auditability and coaching of juniors
• Monitor early-warning indicators and escalate promptly

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or fintech operations
• Strong analytical ability and policy adherence
• Clear communication with customers and internal risk stakeholders
• Comfort with LOS / LMS / CRM systems common to lending or insurance
• High integrity in handling financial and personal data

Preferred qualifications

• Prior underwriting or collections leadership
• SQL or advanced Excel for portfolio analysis
• Exposure to digital lending journeys

Location and working hours
