Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to remove bottlenecks and reduce cost-to-serve
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and exception-handling playbooks
• Forecast capacity and manage vendors or internal teams against SLAs
• Escalate risks early with clear options and impact analysis

Required qualifications

• Proven operations, logistics, or process-excellence experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with operational metrics
• Ability to lead without authority across distributed teams
• Process documentation discipline
• Calm execution under volume or seasonal peaks

Preferred qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma exposure
• ERP / WMS / OMS tool experience
• Marketplace, ecommerce, or manufacturing background

Location and working hours
