Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for hiring, HR operations, or people programmes
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance, and employee experience
• Maintain accurate HRIS / ATS data and compliant documentation
• Improve processes that reduce time-to-fill or raise quality of hire / retention
• Handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism

Required qualifications

• Hands-on HR, recruiting, or people-ops experience in India organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching instincts
• Familiarity with Indian labour practices relevant to the role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bias-aware, structured decision making

Preferred qualifications

• Experience hiring technology or leadership talent
• HRIS / ATS administration depth
• Prior agency plus in-house exposure

Location and working hours

This is an on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Day-to-day collaboration runs during standard IST office hours at the Surat workplace.
