Confidential search for a Lead UI/UX & Design Systems Designer to drive outcomes in product discovery, UX craft, and design systems. This full-time on-site role in Surat is managed by a recruiting agency on behalf of a private employer.

Key responsibilities

• Own problem framing, prioritisation, and measurable product or design outcomes
• Run discovery with users and internal operators; convert insights into shipped scope
• Partner tightly with engineering through delivery, launch, and iteration
• Maintain high craft standards for usability, accessibility, and clarity
• Communicate roadmap status and trade-offs to stakeholders weekly

Required qualifications

• Proven ownership of shipped product or design work in digital products
• Strong facilitation, writing, and stakeholder management skills
• Evidence of data-informed decision making
• Comfort with ambiguity and structured prioritisation
• Office collaboration fluency with clear documentation habits

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in B2B workflow, marketplace, or HR-tech products
• Familiarity with design systems or experimentation frameworks
• Prior IC engineering or research background

Location and working hours
