Key responsibilities

• Own channel or campaign outcomes with clear attribution and weekly reporting
• Plan experiments across acquisition and engagement surfaces
• Partner with sales, product, and design on messaging and funnel conversion
• Maintain brand and content quality while moving at campaign speed
• Document playbooks so successful tactics can be repeated by the team

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering measurable marketing or growth results in India
• Data-driven storytelling and comfort with analytics tools
• Excellent written English; Hindi or regional language skills are a plus
• Ability to manage agencies or freelancers when needed
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent campaigns

Location and working hours
