Key responsibilities

• Deliver the work named in the title without a daily office requirement
• Write updates, decisions, and hand-offs so remote teammates can act asynchronously
• Join working sessions during IST business hours
• Keep quality, deadlines, and stakeholder communication visible
• Flag blockers early instead of waiting for an in-person check-in

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in the function named in this role
• A reliable setup to work remotely from somewhere in India
• Strong written communication for distributed collaboration
• Overlap with IST business hours for live discussions
• Self-directed execution with limited in-person supervision

Preferred qualifications

• Prior remote or distributed-team experience inside India
• Comfort with video calls, shared documents, and ticketed work
• Experience supporting stakeholders in more than one Indian city

Location and working hours

This is a remote role for candidates based anywhere in India. Day-to-day collaboration runs during IST business hours. Travel to a Surat office is not required for the regular work week.
