Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production features with clear ownership and test coverage
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of owned services or surfaces
• Partner with product and design on scoped increments and technical trade-offs
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and on-call for owned areas
• Reduce tech debt deliberately while protecting delivery commitments

Required qualifications

• Proven production experience in the stated stack for this role
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, and debugging
• Comfortable with code review, automated tests, and CI-based delivery
• Clear written communication for design docs and office collaboration in IST
• Ability to own features end-to-end with limited hand-offs

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-traffic consumer products
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments and containerised workloads
• Prior mentoring or tech-lead responsibilities
