Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production software for the area named in the title
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of owned services
• Partner with product and platform teammates on scoped increments
• Review code, write runbooks, and join on-call for owned systems
• Apply DevOps, cloud, or AI engineering practices where this role requires them

Required qualifications

• Production experience as a software engineer in the stated specialty
• Strong fundamentals in APIs, debugging, and automated tests
• Comfortable with code review and CI-based delivery
• Clear written communication for design notes and Surat office collaboration
• Ability to own a service or surface end-to-end

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, or infrastructure as code
• Exposure to DevOps, site reliability, or AI engineering workflows
• Prior mentoring of other software engineers

Location and working hours

This is an on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Day-to-day collaboration runs during standard IST office hours at the Surat workplace.
